Residential Support Workers: Salary £14,950 – £19,900 (d.o.e)
You will provide support on a shift work basis to a group of vulnerable young people who require high levels of supervision and support in terms of developing skills for independent living, support with education, training or employment, emotional support and guidance and supporting their therapeutic aims. You will preferably hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent although we will consider applications from candidates who can demonstrate the ability to achieve this qualification shortly after employment.
Full-time Senior Residential Support Workers Salary: £19,000 – £23,050 + £35.00 per night shift (d.o.e)
This is a leadership role, ensuring the care and welfare of each child and giving guidance and support to all Residential Workers. You will be responsible for staff supervision, lead shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments and rotas are in place and education is supported. Candidates must be experienced in this field and working alongside young people and want to be part of an energetic team, committed to making a difference. In addition, applicants must have Level 3 (or equivalent) Diploma in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification.
The hours are to be worked on a shift basis to meet the needs of the business and require flexibility to include some evenings and weekends, on a rota basis including overnight duties.
